Services

NCII works primarily with community colleges and broad-access four-year institutions. We help colleges rethink their policies, programs, and services so they can build a better student experience — and create a structure in which every student can succeed.

Find the services that are the best fit for your college. All of NCII’s work is customized to your college’s goals and context.

Short-term engagements

These engagements typically involve meeting key needs as the college works to develop or advance a change agenda. Services often include keynotes, training, facilitation, and consultation.

Long-term engagements

NCII works with college leaders to develop a tailored, ongoing support model. Long-term engagements range from six months to two years. Colleges have access to the full range of NCII services during this timeframe.

Multi-college initiatives

NCII partners with foundations, state systems, and intermediaries to advance specific redesign efforts. Colleges typically are selected to participate and receive support as a cohort.
