Services

NCII works primarily with community colleges and other broad-access institutions such as Hispanic-serving institutions (HSIs) and historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). We support colleges and the higher education sector in multiple ways, including:

NCII Intensive

Participating colleges have access to the full range of NCII services over several years. Services — including comprehensive coaching, professional development, and redesign support — are tailored to each college’s needs at each point in their work.

Multi-college initiatives

NCII partners with foundations, state systems, and intermediaries to advance specific, equity-focused redesign efforts. Colleges typically are selected to participate and receive support as a cohort.
