Each college will have one primary NCII coach, who will work with leadership and staff throughout their two-year Cohort experience. The coach will conduct one or two office hour check-in calls between each visit. During these calls, the college leadership can discuss progress, emerging issues, and concerns.
Colleges in the cohort can use the A2I2 Cohort listserve to communicate with their colleagues across the country. Participants can share effective strategies, relevant studies, useful resources, and stories of their own struggles and successes. NCII staff also will post to the listserve and share lessons learned at colleges outside of the Cohort.
NCII provides support for using a simple set of KPIs to measure progress as well as templates and tools to share data with key audiences.
Colleges receive customized ROI modeling to help facilitate conversations around the fiscal considerations of guided pathways and financial stability reforms.
About once each quarter, NCII will host webinars on topics related to guided pathways, financial stability, and institutional change efforts. These webinars, open only to Cohort members, will involve NCII national partners and college practitioners so colleges can benefit from multiple perspectives.
“Equally adept at synthesizing knowledge, assessing institutional needs, and communicating ideas, NCII has been a great partner to learn from and alongside.”
